At Queen Bakeware, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return process in line with the policy below.

Returns Period

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will:

  • Accept the return
  • Replace the item or issue a refund
  • Cover the return delivery costs

Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the defect so we can assist you quickly.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you are returning a product for any reason other than a defect (e.g. change of mind, incorrect order, no longer needed):

  • The return will be accepted if it meets the conditions above
  • The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged through misuse, or not returned in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
